General Naked Corpses (Inadvertently partially fixed!)

Real simple, real old bug: When a humanoid NPC (that is to say, an NPC with a paperdoll) dies, the corpse hits the ground looking like nothing is equipped. Clothing and such things are still on the body and may be looted, but they do not appear to be worn by the corpse. Until a few minutes later when suddenly they appear.

However, the gambler NPCs on Fire Ilse near the casino do not suffer from this bug. When killed, their corpses hit the ground fully clothed. I suspect that this is because "gambler" is a new NPC category and does not contain whatever minor error the others do.

Leaving this here because I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think this is a bug. When naked the npcs can be looted only by the person who killed them, the change to dressed happens when that timer expires and the corpses become lootable by anyone.

Once I cleaned coke off my screen from LOL'ing I figured it would come in handy, so I popped a screenie. Bug?

The naked wandering healer (and players at times) is indeed a bug that is currently in the system; the naked NPC corpses are exactly as Petra described.
