The vines are obtained by planting green thorns in swamp and killing the whipping vines that spawn from that, looting the decor vines from the corpses
Beyond that you are limited only by your imagination. The ones pictured in your OP have tribal berries. I used some to create 'tomato vines'.

fyi, the 'tomatoes' are candy apples from trick or treat, with pears for the green ones.
