Participation has been lacking

We might take this month off and decide on how to better attract people to take part.

Aww I . Morningstar , turned in my catch on the 30th of April , for I thought we had the Gov meeting still. But turned out I was too late lol. Only had a Big Fish anyways . No Spring Dragonfish

Yeah, that's gonna be tough. Maybe add something like : At # of winnings you get something?
