Buying Armor Max Luck Shield

Looking for a shield with the following mods:

Metal
SC / no neg/ 150 Luck (unenhanced) / 4+ LMC / 2+ MR

Wood
SC / no neg/ 150 Luck (unenhanced) / 4+ LMC / 2+ MR

If the shield already is enhanced(190 Luck) that of course works. Payment on Atl and I prefer to receive it on Atl or LS but I may be able to accept on some other shards. PM me or post here. Thanks.
