Map keeps moving

Recently I re-did my UI layout for UO. For some strange reason the map keeps popping back to the middle is the screen every time I login. I drag it to the bottom right corner where I want it positioned and it will be ok until the next login. Any ideas?

Deleted the entire:

C:\Users\XXX\Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Stygian Abyss\User Data

folder and reset from scratch. It still does it!!
