When you switch clothes on a mannequin, everything switch but Talisman/orb item. This slot stay on you and oyu have to manually put it on the mannequin.
On the other hand, when you take back your suit from a mannequin , the talisman/orb work and switch on you.
So the bug is only when you try to put your suit on the mannequin that the talisman/orb stay on you instead of going on mannequin.
