What skill contributes to Making Spellbooks? Is it Scribing or is it something else? What other skills help to make it? (like Eval helps Magery.) Thanks in advance.

Inscription is the skill for making spellbooks. You need a minimum 80 (I think) skill to attempt a spellbook.

A very important stat to go with inscribe is mana regen or meditation. You use mana when you make a scroll or book so you have to wait to regain it to attempt another.

There aren't any other skills that go with inscribe. If you work the skill to GM level (100) you get a 10% damage bonus an all the spells you cast,

Actually you use no mana when crafting spellbooks, thats 1 of the reasons why it is better to make them than scrolls at higher levels

Also for making spellbooks the higher your magery the better chance of mods on your books.

Yep when trying for mods on spellbooks, you want both high magery and high inscription.

Simply filling spellbooks of course you want inscription.
