Hi -

It just started about 24 hours ago. You have 8 or 9 days left to buy tickets.

If you go to Magincia and double-click on any of the markers, you can read how much time remains at the bottom of the page that displays.

I hope you win the plot you wish for!

Oceania doesn't have any of the stones there yet. Is there something that Oceania is doing differently?

Maybe they didn't bother running the lottery when they released all of New Magincia will probably be owned by one or two people much like Luna... :coco:
