I made a boo-boo while pruning out non-sale related posts, and the OP went with it. Until I can get it moved back here's what it said:

Considering selling one of my Luna houses.
Two is just a little too much to keep up with.
Will only sell to the right price. I paid 500M so I want to get at least that.

Sorry for the crack.... so back on track *Zing*. Flutter I knew you had the shop on the southeast corner. The one that originally had the abyss garg teleport link. Where is the second?

South side of Luna North side of the road a little West of the middle.
The name on the house is NME Halfway House and the owner is Scruffy.
There are no vendors so I would PREFER to transfer it instead of having everyone move their vendors, but will do so if the price is right.
