Lady Danica Amandine requested volunteers to escort Lord Blackthorn to the monthly governor meetings. She said that is to be discussed amongst us knights and to resolve the matter at hand. This here is a sign up sheet, please leave name and a away to contact you.

Pretty basic, you are there to guard the King and to provide a positive perception of the Crux Ansata to the others gathered.

Hmm... so kind of like a Sosarian Secret Service. Nice. I guess we will have to utilize pigeons or ravens in place of earpieces to have hidden communication with each other Short flights, but secret communication seems to be the key to protecting leaders haha

The first couple of weeks when the Crux was brand new, Spelocey made all of us gear.
We all gathered at the arena outside of Luna and practiced Honor guard moves. It was hysterical, but we really did look like Knights.
Maybe we can gather once again and chat on colors and dress and maybe even do syncronized marches.
Maybe Bennu can put down a red carpet at the castle to show a walk way for this procession and state where we are to meet the king prior to events

Those of us who volunteered, we need to get together one day this week and rehearse.

Queen and I came up with a idea to lead and enter the King for the Governor meeting. We want to know what you guys think, thanks!

I also need to know who all would like a suit that is pre-made. You don't have to use this suit of course, just let me know if you're interested!

Okay, for those that are interested, here are the various versions of the suits.

All suits are crafted 'by the Crux Ansata'.... Sashes are not included unless needed. (I'm using my previous promotion sash)




(Of Course, if you want, you can use a suit of your own. I'm not sure if we are all looking alike or we all present our own style. This is just a sample of what I can make )

Bennu, this is for you. It wouldn't let me private message ya, so here is what we came up with for the escort:




We are in 2 lines, 4 people in one line. The king will be on the steps. Kreepy and I will have to be on the outside to be able to set up a later segment of this.



The king will cross in the middle and at that time, we all bow and salute.




After we bow and salute, we all take 2 steps forward and turn to face the king. At this point we will follow the king wherever he may go. (The king will be leading)





In the front is Kinslayer and myself. The king will be in the middle, and we will have the rest of the guards around the king.
Kinslayer and I will enter the the meeting room ALONE to introduce the arrival of the king.




After we announce the arrival of the king, I will tell everyone in party chat to escort the king to his seat. At that time, the doors will open and in comes the king and the rest of the Knights. Kinslayer and I will follow in behind the group.



Everyone will be in party chat when this begins so we can have a better communication system.

Again, I'm not sure why I'm volunteering anything (except to say that this is a fascinating idea) since my shard is Napa, and I only have just the one member of Stuffa's old crew on Atlantic, but might I recommend the use of Chaos shields, as the design is part of Lord Blackthorn's crest.

Chaos Shields will be available. What Queen Arya and myself are wearing is a very peculiar shield that serves as an event item as well as a very important piece in our role playing style. It is named:

Chevalier's Bulwark, The Knights Of The Crux Ansata


Since we are knights of the Crux Ansata protecting the crown. We figured if you have one of these shields, it would go great with the role playing.

As far as the shields go, Chaos Shields represent the King, The Silver Serpent shield can be a symbol of either Order or of the Crux Ansata (We meet in the chamber of the silver serpent), either shield is permitted. Amandine wears a Chaos shield, Blackthorn has the symbol on his armor and clothing not to mention all over the castle, but either symbol are acceptable and both can have multiple meanings to the individual wearing them.
