Looting with EC

Hey folks,

I tried to learn how to use the EC. I was using the auto-loot-function in the abyss and it worked fine. I looted the critters dry until half of the spawn but all of a sudden all new corpses appeared to be empty... I switched to CC and found all the stuff in the corpses - back to EC: still empty. Any suggestions?

Empty corpses of backpack is a bug. Reset the UI with Ctrl-R, that should fix it...

Wow... even putting my personal bias to the side.. that is a pretty big "bug" there

It is a bother. I don't like the Ctrl R reset option and just log out and back in. Similar to the bug when you walk into your house and see an empty space where a chest is supposed to be and think, ''OMG, I forgot to lock it down and lost everything?'' then click on it and it's there but invisible

Nope. You can have it arrange items in the corpse but you have to manually loot them or loot the whole lot. It wont pick and loot certain items, thats a CC program! With that you can program it to pick items you want to auto loot (and you don't even have to open the corpse).

Another solution, if you have Pinco's installed, is to click the green swirl button and change to a different container view. That makes the items reappear as well.

@Pinco Maybe this is a bug you can crush?

That works on the default interface as well.
Click to change the view from grid to list and back to grid. Works every time.

Knock on wood, never had that happen to me, using Pincos and yeah as DJAd says, there is no such thing as an autoloot function in EC, don't get people started, heh

By the looks of things you will need Pinco UI for the loot sort. Check out this link for more info: Settings:Containers
