Looping in UOAssist

no. In fact it's illegal to loop by any means (even mechanical ones).

Both EC and CC crafting allows you to make several of the same item in one pass ... making that part of UO less tedious.

Using UOAssist you can make a macro that is very long (iirc it's like 120 lines). Just bind it to a key so when you complete it all you have to do is hit the button again to restart. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it helps take some of the tedium out of it. Also as Kranky mentioned, the "make number" option in most crafting menus is a big help too.
