I've only seen one on the entire shard and it was owned by a person in ROFL and I saw them at the fel cove event. And I think they were red.

That Blaze Cu Sidhe is owned by Yo Yo Ma's Tamer char, AllKillIsSkill. That particular Blaze is infamous for a certain reason...
