You should head to the painted caves both FEL and tram. I found several people there to play with at sever up; sadly none of them seemed to be able to talk. Had they simply spoke I may have healed them when lurg came down. Alas these 4 seemed to busy to talk, they just kept to there tasks almost as if they were robots. So if you are bored head to the Painted caves.
