My sister has a toon named Nymeria, which owns a house next to one of your farm houses, if that's who you are referring to.

I can ask her if she would be interested in selling, but I am guessing she won't be... she has some sentimental value in the property and location. I would even offer her my Tram keep for free (so she would be closer to me in the UWF township), but I don't think she would even take that up.
