Can anyone tell me where some good rune libraries are. Returning player needs to fill some rune books. Any all known will help thx.

If you go out of Luna on the south wall outside there is a town banner for G-V. The one with the Red Order Banner double click the white rose , it will take you directly in front of our rune library. Welcome Back.
Just south (like a screen or two) of the Yew Moongate in Trammel you will find the Nameless Rune Library.
