Looking For Necro Reagents Vendor

Having just come back, many of my old vendors are long gone. Could someone steer me to a bulk necro reg vendor? Mage reagents are good as well.

I don't know of any player run vendors right now..

But I saw Faction reg vendors in Vesper Fel Bank, and Minoc Fel Bank.
Just be warned that faction towns no longer have guardzone.

If you can just wait tell Sunday October 11th 2009, My vendor house just outside luna N. Walls (a blind mans outlet) will be stocked full of necro regs. and restocked EVERY sunday.

Also I stock Mage regs in bulk aswell. Again everything will be stocked this coming sunday and ready to rock!
