The guild situation on GL seems a bit unsettled, so not much I can say there, but welcome to GL anyway.
We have the best Event Moderators as far as I can tell, and spontaneous hunts happen periodically, look for global chat announcements, squeezed in between the smack talk.
I've also seen very little, if any, griefing in the new Despise despite the odd design of the place.
