Looking for Guide to High End Blade Staff

I am looking to see if anyone could offer a guide on how to make high end blade staff with HLL (100) , HSL, HML and DI. I have been searching and cannot find a guide for this. I see on vendor search with blade staff with these on them that state imbued and reforged. I just want to see how people make them so I can make for my warrior. What ingots are used? Do use a runic hammer? What is typically imbued and reforged? I have 120 BS and 100 Arm lore. Still working on imbue which is at 107 right now. Thanks in advance.

Make them of normal iron ingots and reforge with a copper hammer, picking vampiric as the option.
You can also use powerful as an option if you find that you aren't rolling high enough HLL.
