Looking for Gallin

I just came back to Ultima Online, and a good buddy of mine I used to play with was on Legends last I knew. He had a character named Gallin, also Vince Neil I believe.

Would appreciate any help getting back in touch.

He was a pvper, and one of the first sampire, he's solo dark father etc (back when that was a big deal). So he was multi-talented. Damn shame I am having a hard time tracking him down.
