Looking for a tool that allows customization of Castles, Keeps.

In the report from the meet and greet over on Izumo at the beginning of the Producers Letter, the transcript shows that castle and keep customization came up, again.

@Mesanna indicated they have asked for player submissions of custom designs that could be chosen from, no specifications as to how many designs for each footprint.

So, here I am, again, asking if anyone knows of a resource, online or offline, that currently works to allow this type of customization?

Does anyone have an inkling of an idea how such a resource could be built, if one does not currently exist?

I remember that there used to be a tool for this but can't remember the name.

Most people used Korgan's House Builder.
Unfortuneately, like Inside UO, it was broken by the change in the file system of CC.

Hence my question. Pinco is very good at looking at stuff inside the UI, but I have no idea if tackling something like this is even possible anymore.

It would be nice if we could. I like the idea of being able to chose between castle/keep designs.
