Liquor Smugglers Cache drinks

I am in the midst of getting my mojo together to open an RP tavern (Trinsic, Europa).
Well, it has been open for a few weeks, while I get into the swing of it, but I just moved to a bigger and better plot, so it's getting serious.
The bit that got me thinking to come here was writing the menus, which required me to identify the drinks ("brew" is not descriptive, when you're separating it into like Beer, Lager, Ale), but then that became secondary ("Waxing Dark Brew" sounds like a stout, for example).
What I want to know is the background of the drinks. For reference, the list is:

Each one kind of begs a question...
Where is Apple Isle, and why to they have a whiskey?
Who is Arabella?
What is the significance of "Diablo's Blaze"?
What is Eldador?
Stuff like that

Apple Isle is Tasmania, so probably this name is from Oceania shard, but that's only a guess.

Those two make sense.
The Moonglow Waxing Dark is Europa, relating to the Beer Garden.
Red Eye Tavern, I read, was a Napa Valley tavern back around '97-'02 (at least)

Sapewin Wines - Pacific.. Located in Skara/Fel

Joe's Spicy Creb Shek Brew - Pacific, again located at a small hut on the Skara farms.

Salty Dog Paws Mead - This one could also be in ref to Pacific. However, the player-run establishment back in 1998-2001 was simply referred to as 'Paws'
