lil help plz

hope i can word this to wich it can be understoood: just downloaded uo to diff computer-on my other pc's i use to be able to push my ctrl and shift buttons at same time and a bubble thing would appear above ones head or above an object and you could drag from there.Now it doesnt do it on this pc,so i was wondering if this was a macro in my paper doll that i have forgotten which one it is or if its a keyboard thing?

What client are you running? EC or CC and are you using UOAssist or a UI mod like pinco's

regular classic client alone

try this -

open Options (Paperdoll / Options)
select Top Right icon in options = looks like a "Mouse"
Scroll all the way to the bottom of Options
select / place a check mark next to "Object Handles"
