The first I was told is worth 50-75m, and the second I was advised not to sell for less than 100m. But I'd like to hear some other opinions before selling them ^^

Both very nice pieces and your valuation is generally in the ball park. Maybe slightly less on the Fire eater piece since it is female only bustier, but garg chest should garner a good price.
