The difference is not so much hacks. Its gear.
I live in the corner part of my city.. its actually a very poor part of town. Theres two reasons for that. 1 Im cheap. 2. not many people are going to be messing with my connection. I have a M17 laptop, and Cable/optics for streaming.
If you live in a rundown ghost town, or out on a farm, or in the 5000 block with 90 neighbors running their 200 business computers, your going to have problems. Dont matter how much gear you get.
If your running a pentium 233, overclocked to 333, with cable/optics. Your Gunna have the same problem with someone running an M17 and dial up.
If you have warcraft, and stargate, and aoc, and 30 other games on your rig with 200mg space left, and 256 mem. your gunna have a problem. Lol
90% Of these morons complaining of hacks. Have 9 year old systems. with 3 dif types of mem sticks shoved in there. Running through a wireless router with 4 other links within the same household. as they are streaming ICQ VENT MIRC MSN UOAM ETC
They prolly havent opened it up once in the past 6 months to clean all the dust off of the Mb etc. They are so caked in **** you can hardly tell whats inside, you cough as you remove the cover.
Their phone line, telivision, and internet are all running through the same.
Its common sense. Fix all your bs, Still bad.. Than MOVE. Stop CRYING!

Im good now, but the one before this was the best. If someone wasnt living there now, id go back. JUST FOR MY CONNECTION.
