So far the progression to improve ingame content for Factions is evasive.
I suggest replacing the sigil stealing and recapture system with the
keys of the cities.
Let there be seven keys stored inside locked containers of each of the Faction
cities. Let these keys be guarded by some spawn of guards of controlling
Faction.
Collect these keys within some count down timer, just like the keys collected
in other dungeons.
Click on the keys and final spawn shows, kill spawn equals controlling the city.
New keys placed inside containers of that city.
No idea about treasure drop...This is not to replace Champion spawns.
Of course, the controlling Faction could notice these events and intervene.
