General Key Ring blocking (?) respawn of tinker chests again

Since Key Ring(s) cant be stolen, they are blocking the item respawn inside of chests located in tinker shops. (by counting against maximum count of items?)
This is an pretty old issue and seems to be solved (how?) in the past. Today, after a several weeks break, my "organizer" run into those key rings again. Saw them on Drachenfels: Trammel, Papua, Tinker's Paradise and Trammel, Serpent's Hold, Tinker of the Isle. (Not on Felluca side, but that might be not a cause. Didnt checked other shops/chests)
May you erase them from the spawn list again?
And clean up chests?
(Wave a heavy ban against also, those precious little rings are mighty!)

I believe this was originally resolved in Pub54, however I have confirmed this is occuring again and have re-opened the problem report.

This Problem is still unsolved.
While you may be in the shop container code at the moment for adding refinement parts, could do a drive by to this problem?

On Drachenfels key rings spawned and blocking at :

Trammel / 11° 36’S 14° 58’W / Tinker’s Paradise / both metal chests
Trammel / 165° 3’S, 113° 29’E / Tinker Of The Island / metal chest
Felucca / 167° 58’N, 5° 50’E / Gadgets And Things / golden strong box

(There may be more containers in other shops)
Is that more of a fundamental error like a an incorrect "loot list" or such?

Besides that, i am still waiting for a further loot update to the current revamp style weapon and armor parts on all the containers mentioned in the armor refinement part of the http://www.uo.com/Publish-81-Notes
