I am brokering a Keep for sale in West of Minoc in Fel. It is near Wrong Dungeon. Sits by itself. No spawn around it. And on water. Very nice location.
Owner is taking serious offers right now. If interested, you can go through Longtooths Luna shop in the NE corner. Hit the Tele pad that has KFC Book on it. Once in KFC Auction house, take Tele pad with Blue book that has " For Sale ".
