Japanese font is not correct

Another problem are here.
It's japanese font problem.

one is help menu with pincos.
the another is Citizenship title menu with pincos.

Default UI is correct, but pincos is not appropriate.

this is right, "lolyalty ratings" has been removed on my UI and integrated to the character sheet.
