Also, what colors does it let you have? The neons?

Is it a full set or just one choice?

Last I knew there were actually 2 promo's,
One reads: Japan Promotion - Tokuno Dyes... gives one of your choice.
One also reads: Japan Promotion - Pigments Of Tokuno... gives any three of your choice.
Here are the color choices

Prices last I was aware of was about 8 mil for a Token (that was a single pick one only token) But like anything on UO lately prices chg daily

I just got rid of several tokens @ 6mil per token. I used to get rid of them at 8mil but they seem to have dropped a bit (at least on napa).
