Happy New Year! The animal for January shall be the cougar. Ensure that your permits are properly dated, and the location marked as "the forest outside of Skara Brae". Permits may be given directly to the governor, or dropped in a mailbox at the healing outpost south of Skara Brae. An illustration of its location shall be provided at the end of this announcement.
Winners shall be announced and prizes awarded at the Skara Brae Archery Competition in February. Winners may also request their submissions preserved by a taxidermist.
1st - 2 million gold pieces
2nd - 1 million gold pieces
3rd - 500,000 gold pieces
