Only Legacy Container mode seems to be affected:
When moving the cursor to another item and the tooltip doesn't disappear (either you move so fast, that it doesn't or the items are overlapping or exactly next to each other), the initial displayed tooltip stays and never ever updates.
Easy to reproduce:
Drop tons of items with big icons into a container, i.e. PSs, SoAs, SoTs, BODs, most Armor. Open it in legacy mode. Hover over an item, move around the cursor (make sure you always hover over an item, pretty easy, if everything is overlapping) -> the initial tooltip never moves or updates for the actual item under the cursor.
First noticed after the new default UI was released.
Extremely annoying.
