Ive got a robe ive bought from the rares Festival and the seller had no idea where the robe was from. All i know is the necro trainer in umbra has one, Here is some pictures that will help with ID ing it.

Looks like it might be made from slime dyed cloth but I can't be positive. You might want to post that pic in the Rares Forum for identification.
