Issues when building a house

Now, I haven't customized a house in awhile, but a friend gave me a house on Siege..and I just placed another one and am trying to build it up..and I noticed that the walls and foundation do not mesh...I have never noticed this before..and it's REALLY bothering me!!

Notice here the walls go OVER the foundation on the north side


And HERE...you can see the grass



And in THIS one the walls are not lined up on the north side....



What's up with that??? Can this be fixed?

That doesn't seem to be the only issue..I will try that but here I am in customize mode and the doors don't flush up with the tiles...see the space?

Go back to your old Graphic setting in the CC

It was like this before I changed the screen size....sighs I really really really enjoy customizing houses and this just irks my soul....
