Is it possible to refine "Helm of Swiftness"?
i was just wondering.....
i tried all of refine tools, but any of them worked.
is it refinable?

Remove mage armour from it at a Mage Guild Master and I think you will be able to refine it.

which on imbueing is a mind blower the self repair in general will disappear; but i think because its considered an arty it isn't letting us do it.
