It is rare. There was an event where the boss was a harrower and those were the reward. Not sure on price though
Stat scrolls from Fel Harrower are cursed and cannot be insured.How is it any different than a normal one? I am looking hard and If Restless says its from an event then I know Im missing something...please point it out
there were several of these events. see them from time to time. i think it would be very low demand and a hard sell, if you did find someone with a scroll collection maybe 50mil or so? To anyone else maybe 10mil as a novelty. just my opinion.
