I can make Magery Spellbooks with 3 mods, slayers, and super slayers.

I can make Necromancy Spellbooks with 3 mods, slayers, and super slayers.

Every time I make Mysticism Spellbooks, there are no mods at all.

So, does this mean that Mystic books cannot be made with mods? Or do I need to have Mysticism as a skill in order to make books with mods? (I am asking because I haven't been able to find anything about this anywhere.)

I see player crafted mysticism spellbooks with mods for sale on vendor search, so it must be you need mysticism just like you
need high magery skill to make magery books with mods.

casting skill over 100 is needed for books with bonuses for that skill - the higher the better.
