ok reopened very old account from second age found unusuall rune book some say exceptional some say [exceptional] and one has weight -12/1,600 stone and i found one that sais a rune book of exceptional quality

[Exceptional] rune books are old so price range from 8-15 mill depending on the maker's mark.
