EM RP & Player Township Runebooks

The Society of Ancestral Guardian Elders [S@GE] has opened a small shop on their Mystic Tower located in Kijustsu Anei Village. The vendors sell runebooks that go to EM Building locations used in Roleplay and other events. They have also made runebooks to each Player Run Township on the shard.
They are for sale for 5,000 gold each but, you may request a free one from the Sages when you see them. They are not doing this to make a profit they are trying help the community be able to get to event locations easier. Over time as new locations are created on our shard they will have updated individual runes for you to get and update your runebooks. CaT has built a new tower in the old location where the Well of Souls was initially discovered. Citizens of Kijustsu Anei are curious about the new tower and its purpose. Recently it has been noted that CaT has taken an interest in the dark necromantic arts. Strange sounds emanating from within the tower have been heard by the local citizens.

Meeting started with Luna Rossa welcoming everyone.
Village Policy Changes
The Notice of Concession between the Ethereal Void Imperium and the Village of Moria has been signed, sealed and submitted to the Crown.
We are in need of one more captain to man one of our war ships. All others have been assigned.
Talks are in the works with Charles Woods of PaxOku regarding a possible "Crafters Night" to aid in bring in more people to the village.
Manshoon talked of giving a tour of Moria earlier in the evening to delegates of the PaxLair Statehood. Gifts were presented to the village. A gargoyle named Mayhem attacked the meeting and had to be dispatched. Further meetings to be held later.
New Projects
Manshoon stated that EVL will be recruiting soon.
Gareth and Gunga Din left the meeting early to attending the meeting at the throne room to which Gareth was nominated for position of Deputy Commander of the Royal Guard. (Please note he has since withdrawn and we have pledged all our support to that of Delta Butch of RBG).

Moria Signs "Notice of Concession"

The All Shards Tavern Night (Every Tuesday at 8:30pm) had a special event signing on Tuesday night. Demon Slayer the former Moria leader and Village Intendent Luna Rossa came together to sign a "Notice of Concession".
"Tonight the signing of the Notice of Concession will be signed between the Ethereal Void Imperium and the Village of Moria. By the sacrificing of this cow and the signing in blood that this is a binding agreement. This is to acknowledge the resignation of authority of the Village of Moria over all lands, territories, resources, waterways and thoroughfares to the Ethereal Void Imperium. The Village of Moria has conceded to the Ethereal Void Imperium with the understanding that all land owners currently residing in the village of Moria will retain ownership and right of their property and will adhere and acknowledge the authority of the Ethereal Void Imperium. Demon Slayer if you would use the blood of the cow to sign in the appropriate spot."

The Imperium Hall construction has been completed. Within the building on the second floor is a mailing center to reach different leaders within the Imperium.

The roof of the building will hold the Imperium Community meetings every Wednesday at 9:30pm ET. These meetings are quick and to the point since the meetings are only given 30minutes. The Hall is in the center of the village located next to the Abandoned Museum and Graveyard.

The first ships of the Ethereal Void Imperium and Skeleton Key Shipping Company fleets have arrived. They were safely delivered to the Skeleton Coast on the East side of Kijustsu Anei Keys. Where the fleet was commissioned has been deemed "Classified" by the Imperium leadership. The Imperium did however release the vessels names for each ship.

From recent reports the Imperium and SKS Fleets have recruited six to seven ready and able captains. It is unknown if the townships of Nidaros, Gyldenfeld or Skara Brae (The Crown) have been informed about this fleet training.
Extra security measures have been taken to make sure Scarlet Von Trinsic does not get her slimy hands on the new fleet.

Tonkaweya Tribe Treasure

The Tonkaweya Tribe canceled their Savage Sponsored hunt for unknown reasons last week. We now know it was due to a secrete mission lead by Niva The Savage. The Savages sent a scouting party to Ilshenar to obtain tribal berries for paint and Savage Berry Wine. So the savages say....they claim that during the Berrie gathering they came upon a worker and "acquired" a recipe for Savage Ale. Since the Sages in the village are making Savage Berry Wine perhaps the Tribe will...kindly ask (threaten) the Sages to start creating Savage Ale.
The Red Savage Tribe where the Tonkaweya Tribe "Acquired" the recipe from has not sent retaliation that we know of. However the Red Tribe does have an outpost South of the Homare-Jima moongate. They made their presence known last year by attacking Kijustsu Anei Village.

The Ethereal Void News organization has added new ingame vendors to help
distribute news to the community for those that do not use the forums.
These vendors will have news reports stocked from out of game areas.
Located at the Crafters Hall and Iron Bandit Inn (Kijustsu Anei Village,
Homare-Jima, Tokuno islands)
Merik the current News Manager of the Ethereal Void News and UOSS
reporter, will try to keep the news up to date as it comes out on the
forums. Please keep in mind that it does take time to put the news into
book form, make copies and then stock them.
Merik also announced, any township wishing to do a similar project with
their own news reporting organizations will be given proper access to the
ingame books for copy. However Merik cannot be responsible for setting up
and maintaining other township news vendors. Although he would love to
be that helpful it is just to large of a commitment for one person to make.
Sages Brew Savage Berry Wine

Society Of Ancestral Guardians Elders better know as [S@GE]. Have begun to brew a new drink at the Sage tower located in Kijustsu Anei Village. A new wine called "Savage Berry" will be mass produced as one of the Villages leading exports. This light tasting blue berry yet very intoxicating wine can be ordered directly through the Sages. The Skeleton Key Shipping company will make deliveries to any town or tavern that puts in an order. Keep in mind that the shipping company does charge for delivery. They make no guarantee that your order will arrive on time....or at all but will do their best to deliver.
