Basically somewhere you can shop from the guard zone or very close to it. So this narrows it down to a few places.

Probably sell bags of sending, LRC suits, maybe powder of fortification, potions, Stuff I dig up from treasure maps. or stuff that is needed and your not selling in the same location.

I'll list the crafting skills that I don't have gmed to save some time

As a note... There is a nice small spot available just off the East Umbra Bridge. On the same screen as the Bridge and the Umbra hub... It would be a nice vendor house, I think.
