I dont know what it is. Last night, while waiting for TC3 to get back up, I decided to download DirectX 10, because it was recommended. I log onto TC3 this morning, and everything is laggy. I don't know if DX10 has anything to do with it, and I doubt it.
Then I got to thinking that maybe it was the server move. I'm using dial up, but haven't had any issues at all using it (unless joining a lot with custom content, but it usually went away after a few minutes). The lag today however, started from the loading screen and continued when joining a lot.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or am I SOL??
(and no, getting broadband is not an option)
