Well someone is definitely "there". I unleashed a few EVs and the person ran from the cave. ..also a similarly dressed Lady Helen fled a trog from the upper level. Looks pretty danged boring to me.
They are scripting my dear. I was "trying" to kill lurg last night, got red lined and ran to these folks cause I thought they would be nice enough to throw me a heal, but instead the Lurg turned on these guys. I felt bad, but in the end I decided to give up with trying to kill Lurg.
