It was a very sad day to see the Pacific Mage Tower owned by Sir Cedric go down yesterday on Pacific ;(
Anyway, after the loot festival i ended up with some of its stuff and i hope you can help me on this items i am not sure if valuable or even rare:

the cake - can be crafted with a cook and engraved
the [exceptional] cap - 10-15 mil
the pumpkin - unsure
the statue stuck in pack - 15 -20 mil (healing charges might add value)
the tray - 125 mil (maybe with right buyer 150)

Here's my input:

Book - appears to be a normal book with a read leaf used on it to seal it.
Cake - Crafted/Engraved
Cap - 10-15 mil (I think Dregg is spot-on)
Pumpkin - Spawned Pumpkin at Halloween a few years ago. EA staff name - Maybe worth 10k
Tree Ornament Jewels - About 2-3m each with an addition 2m to a full bagged set
Statue in Pack - I'd say 10m or less. If it was in a box that could be chopped, I'd put it higher
Tray - 50-100m (One been sitting at this rares fest for awhile at 100m - the travesty tray common really smacked these down in value)
