How to sharpen SA graphics?

I remember reading a post in this forum months ago about setting the graphic window to a certain ratio in order to make the graphics less blurry when zoomed in. I cannot find this thread. Does anyone know what I'm referring to, or how to do this?

That guide no longer works, as in-game scaling is no longer dependent on viewport size.
Right now it's just zoom in and out until it looks right.

Also... as obvious as it may sound, increasing the sharpness setting on your monitor also helps a lot
