Anyone wanna guess how old this is?

Clue 1: That's a pre-ML rescue in Ilshenar - the only type that could be completed in Ilshenar, in fact.
Clue 2: It's so old, that Slacktard was in the same alliance as MHC & HH....

Well, it's definitely before September 1, 2005. That's Publish 34 or Publish 35 (the two leading into Mondain's Legacy) eliminated this type ("A Shrine of the Virtues") of rescue escort completely from the game, along with "Any town", "An Inn" and "A Tavern" rescues, as well as turning the "Seeker of Adventure" escorts that supposed to go to a dungeon (and rarely worked even if you gated them in, and never on foot) into the ML-style town escorts they are today.

hey not sure it can be that old person is riding a fire beetle didn't they come out on ML but i could be wrong

Fire beetles came out a year before that, in SE. So, we know it's between October 2004 & the end of August 2005.
