[Tinkering] how does one make a traped box?

Greetings, I have recently attempted to make a trap box (dart trap) for breaking paralyze. I ended up with a box that lets me open it, saying I own it and one that always says it is locked and won't budge. I have tried changing the container to e/w facing, and no dice....am I missing something?

nvm, what was needed was to lp the box open.....
