houses that not decay

Houses placed during last Return to brittania is still standing, without any sign to decay, i know this for sure as i placed one myself with a now inactive account

and i think its one of those houses that stands in the way for me to place a keep

but I guess if that's blocking from placing a keep you could just re-up the account & take it down yourself, it'll probably be a lot quicker.

Is there a 'Return to Brit' promo going on? I wouldn't mind seeing if things have changed recently... Don't feel like paying for a month to log on one time tho...
