that i have a circle around I have been unable to find the owner
that hasn't been online for along time.
I anybody can locate the owner and is really the owener

I set up a parrot or 2 saying Tom ( owners name on the house sign) read my bulletin board. Then I leave a message on my board for him on what I want how much Im willing to pay out for it. If they are on they will come over and leave a message.

Probably already tried looking up the owners name on UO.Com to see if they were in a guild. Sometimes you can get lucky and find a guildmate that knows what happened to the person (ie quite the game, taking a break, or is playing on another shard) and maybe has their ICQ.
