House Decorating

Looking to hire someone to decorate some of my homes. I have a 15x15(I belive) near vesper on the beach, a min marble near wind, a zento 18x18 and a keep and castle. Any tips on finding and trusting someone to do the job?

I decorate houses from time to time. Still have a character on Oceania I can decorate with, just no crafter.
