General House decay

Last night a friend showed me a house that was fairly worn. This morning when I got on about 10am est I checked and it was greatly worn. Knowing the houses were falling early I checked an hour later and it was idoc. After lunch I checked and it was still there (around 1:30pm est) I was standing there deciding whether to come back later or stay for a while when it fell.
